I love what I do. I love trading. I love being a nerd about how markets actually work.

My path into trading didn’t start with a master plan. It started with an unexpected opportunity.

A guy at my church was deep into currency trading and had accidentally built a business around it. He had a growing following and needed help. I was already interested in finance and business, so I stepped in as an intern during my sophomore year of college.

That summer was a wake-up call.

I thought I knew finance. I quickly learned that what people think they know about economics and how markets actually trade are very different things. The learning curve was steep, but it pulled me in completely.

A few months later, he called and asked me to come back full time.

That led to a memorable conversation with my parents. As a 19-year-old, I told them I wanted to drop out of college to focus on currency trading.

I ran the numbers: Stay in school and add roughly $50,000 in debt during an uncertain job market, or start earning immediately and stop digging the hole deeper.

I made the decision, and I have never looked back.

This was part of a much larger conversation on Unfiltered Finance with Emily Turner. If you want the full story, you can catch the interview here!

PS. My ‘Weekly Cash’ Shortlist Is Live

As the year goes by, there’ll be opportunities to target quick cash on stocks based on what’s trending.

And as much as I can, I’ll try to bring opportunities like these to you as quickly as possible.

However, there are 10 names I’m looking at for consistent payout opportunities over the course of the entire year.

At least one of these names should provide me with cash every week if things go according to plan.

Right here in my 2026 Guide to Trading, I revealed all 10 of these names, including how I plan to target cash on them.

Not only that, but I also included the three trade setups I’m currently targeting a 10x ROI on.

Of course, I can’t make absolute guarantees when it comes to trading.

But if you’d like to see where the bulk of my own money could be moving this year — as well as how you can trade the same ideas I’m trading…
