🚨 I’ll be on at 2:30 p.m. ET🚨
This weird weekly option has doubled our money more than 25 times in 2026 — and today, we’re revealing the next potential setup for everyone [tap to join us]!
I’m going to share something that completely changed how I approach weekly options trading, bumping my win rate considerably.
It’s not a complicated strategy or secret indicator. It’s a simple technical filter using two moving averages that takes the market’s natural edge and amplifies it into something remarkably consistent.
The market has a natural bullish bias, meaning it tends to produce more winning weeks than losing weeks. It has closed higher on a weekly timeframe 58% of the time since 1993. That figure has climbed to 60% since 2020 and 62% since 2023.
That tendency creates the foundation for this strategy. Instead of trying to predict every move, I use two moving averages to identify when the market’s existing bullish bias has the strongest technical support.
2 Technical Confirmations That Change Everything
The first confirmation is simple: When the market opens above the 144-day exponential moving average (EMA), it closes higher about 70% of the time.
We’ve gone from a 62% baseline to 70% with just one filter. But when the market is also trading above the 50-day EMA, the win rate spikes as high as 77%.
The results vary from year to year because of normal market noise, but the edge has remained remarkably consistent while that bullish posture is intact.
The reason comes down to how algorithms behave. When price is above both moving averages, algorithms tend to maintain a buy posture and repeatedly buy dips. That’s what helps create those grinding moves higher.
I’ve had weeks when the market finished just 0.1% higher, yet the weekly options still produced 100% returns. That’s the power of time decay working in our favor when the probabilities are on our side.
Why I Stay in Cash When the Setup Isn’t There
I don’t trade this setup when the market falls below either moving average. Winning weeks can still occur, but the historical win rate drops to around 55% to 60% — not the kind of edge I want to trade confidently.
This isn’t about taking unnecessary risks. I’m happy to sit out a week that doesn’t look good rather than force a trade under weak conditions. That patience makes the strategy more sustainable, especially for traders who don’t want to be glued to the market.
Each Monday, I check these two conditions. If price is above both EMAs, I know the algorithms are more likely to be in buy mode. If not, I wait.
This disciplined framework has also supported strong real-world consistency. Our weekly stack trades have won more than 90% of the time while producing net profits. That figure reflects our actual trade results, while the 77% figure describes the historical market setup.
That’s the framework: Two moving averages, a strong statistical edge and the discipline to stay patient when conditions don’t align.
I’ll see you in the markets.
