Hey y’all,
It’s been a while since I last sat down to write an update here, and I have to admit, as much as I missed you all, it’s been a nice break.
To be honest, I haven’t taken a week-plus off work and really put the computer down in ages, probably since before I started with ProsperityPub.
Like a lot of folks, I’m a low-key “workaholic.”
I don’t actually really like that term. I love what I do and I don’t mind checking in, even if it’s on an “off” day. And over the last week-plus I still did keep tabs on everything.
But I did want to really challenge myself to unplug and spend my week fully focused on time with my family and friends over the holidays, truly resting for the first time in who knows how long…
It was really fantastic.
But I’m also really excited to be back in the saddle.
I’ve got big plans for 2025, including expanding my trading, re-shaping what we do at ProsperityPub, and growing our little trading family.
I used to think New Year’s Resolutions were incredibly corny.
Truth be told, I still do sometimes…
But I think everyone should set goals and reflect on what’s important to them, not for social media points, but for their own benefit and to drive themselves forward.
And if the new year is a good time to do that, then so be it!
So here are just a few of my new years goals as a trader and for ProsperityPub.
First, I want to get a lot more active in the markets.
As I’m sure all of you know by now, after years behind the scenes with ProsperityPub, I started to finally dip my toe into the options market last year, with some really mixed results.
Now, I want to dive in with both feet.
To me, that means placing at least two trades per week, and hopefully ramping up to more by the end of the year.
It also means just watching the markets more actively every day.

Second, I want to get more LIVE content to you with free trade rooms, Q&As, and more with our experts!
What this looks like exactly is still taking shape.
But a lot of it will be built to meet your needs!
So never hesitate to reach out and tell me what you want more of — the topics you like and dislike, and anything else ProsperityPub can do to help you succeed as a trader1
Third, I want to rethink what ProsperityPub is at a core level…
Now, don’t hear what I’m not saying.
I love what we’ve built with ProsperityPub, and I love the community that includes all of you reading this…
But I also want to make sure that the identity of this site reflects the experts who built it and the audience of traders who make it possible.
So over the coming months I’ll be really focused on what that looks like.
I know these are big and broad goals. Maybe really effective NYRs need to be more specific, measurable, achievable, etc…
But I think they’re a good start down the road of where I want to go in 2025.
And I’m excited to have you along for that ride with me.
