This Homebuilder Short Could Give Us A Double-Profit Target — Don’s Daily Brief
I usually give you the big picture perspective, but today I’m focusing on the micro.
Today we’re looking at a specific opportunity in the housing market.
With the yield curve as inverted as it is, signaling a significant recession, and bringing lots of pain to banks (see yesterday’s video to see what I mean.)
But it’s also bad for the housing sector, so I want you to consider shorting a homebuilder today.
It’s made a nice little run up over the last few days. But it’s got a bearish pattern on the 30 day Volume Profile chart.
I’m seeing a target about 10% down on the 30 day chart.
But more importantly, on the 90 day chart I’m seeing a big air pocket that could give us a second target with an even bigger opportunity.
If it moves down below my first target, we could be looking at a huge win.
