This Zombie Market Is Driving Me Insane — Here’s My Plan

This day focuses on momentum. If a name is moving fast, I want to be on it. I’ll go through parabolic moves, volatility breakouts and anything the Pinch Point Scanner pulls up that looks tradable.

Let’s get straight to the point… This relentless bull market is starting to drive me crazy.

We’re sitting in this bizarre environment where everything is at all-time highs. The Magnificent Seven, AI stocks, the S&P 500, Nasdaq — heck, even the Russell 2000 is finally catching up.

And outside of that July-August correction, we’ve seen nothing but 1% to 2% pullbacks consistently.

It’s perplexing. It’s unnatural. And frankly, it’s creating this zombie-like market that refuses to give us any meaningful discounts.

Why I Refuse to Chase These Highs

I hate buying all-time highs. Always have. There’s something fundamentally wrong with paying top dollar when you know — and I mean really know — that this market can’t go straight up forever.

We’ve got stocks that have ripped triple digits for the year, AI-related names sitting at nosebleed levels, and this persistent lack of any real selling pressure.

But here’s what I keep coming back to…

When the market does fall, I want to be there waiting to catch the discounts instead of chasing the frothy highs.

That’s why I’ve been leaning heavily into VIX hedging and preferring to sell puts rather than buy shares outright. I’d rather collect premium and position for the inevitable correction than pay premium prices for assets that are already stretched.

The Strategy That’s Keeping Me Sane

This market behavior is exactly why I’m focused on strategic hedging right now. When everything looks this extended, when pullbacks are this shallow and brief, that’s precisely when you need to be thinking about protection.

I’m not calling a crash. And I’m not trying to time the exact top. But I am acknowledging that markets don’t go straight up forever — and when this one finally gives us a real pullback, I want to be positioned to take advantage of it.

The zombie market won’t last forever. And when it finally wakes up and starts acting normal again, those of us who stayed patient will be the ones collecting the real profits. Stay tuned…

I’ll see you in the markets.

P.S. 1 of the Only Few Setups That Really Targets Daily Cash

“Cash flow is king” not just in business, but also in trading.

While it’s great to have long-term setups that pay out after a couple of weeks or months…

You should also have a setup that targets daily cash from the market in your arsenal.

It’s one reason why my No. 1 setup for a shot at daily cash flow might just be my favorite trade to take.

And as long as nothing crazy happens, you should see $100 or more (on a $1k starting stake) hit your account by 11 a.m. ET.

As crazy as it sounds, it’s been my routine for a while now. And in the past year, we’ve nailed 438 wins using this setup!

Now, I can’t make guarantees here because nothing is guaranteed in trading…

But if you’d like to see what this powerful setup is, as well as how you can get started with your first trade as soon as tomorrow…

Head on Over Here!
